AIR · AI Retrieval Intelligence

Your competitors are being named by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok.
You’re not.

Your prospects stopped comparison-shopping. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Siri which agency to trust with the house, the truck, and the business. DeepInsurance engineers the evidence those answers are built from — and holds the territory while you own it. One independent agency per ZIP code.

01 — The Shift

The ten blue links are gone. What replaced them is one answer.

For twenty years independent agencies fought carriers and aggregators for page one. That war is over. AI assistants now answer the question directly: one agency, named with certainty, before a comparison site is ever opened.

01

Zero clicks

The shopping trip ends inside the answer. If the assistant doesn't say your agency's name, the household never reaches your quote form, your Google listing, or your phone. There is no page two. There is no page one.

02

One answer

Assistants don't return a directory of eleven agencies. They recommend. Singular — with the calm confidence your prospects now outsource their judgment to.

03

Winner takes the book

The recommended agency writes the home, then the auto, then the umbrella, then the son's first policy. Everyone else loses a twenty-year household they never knew was in play.

02 — AIR™, the discipline

AI Retrieval Intelligence. The discipline of becoming the answer.

AIR™ is the operating framework that decides whether the answer engines trust your agency enough to name it. We measure five of them directly — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity — because those are the ones we can query and log. Every territory resolves to one answer. The objective is to be it.

  1. 01

    Entity Authority™

    The plumbing of being believed.

Before an assistant recommends your agency, it has to be certain who you are — that the licensed producer, the storefront, the carrier appointments, and the phone number all describe one real business. We engineer that machine-readable identity.

    • Entity recognition
    • Structured data
    • Knowledge graph
    • Producer licence signals
    • NAP consistency
    • Carrier appointments

If AI cannot confidently identify you, it cannot confidently recommend you.

  2. 02

    Citation Dominance™

The goal is not visibility. The goal is citation gravity.

AI does not invent authority — it retrieves it. We place your agency inside the sources assistants actually consult when judging an insurance professional: association rosters, licence registries, local publications, and review corpora.

    • Trusted directories
    • Association rosters
    • Licence registries
    • Local publications
    • Review corpora
    • Third-party mentions

When AI looks for evidence you are legitimate, your agency becomes the evidence.

  3. 03

    Retrieval Intelligence™

    No guesses. Only receipts.

What the engines say about your agency changes week to week — a carrier exits, a competitor buys a book, a model refreshes. Most agencies never find out. AIR queries the answer engines continuously and logs exactly where you stand.

    • Grok
    • Perplexity

Mentions. Rankings. Recommendations. Competitive displacement. Retrieval share.

  4. 04

    Territory Ownership™

One territory. One authority. One answer.

Insurance is bought where you live. When a household asks which agency to trust in their town, the assistant has to pick one. We engineer every local signal that decision runs on, for every ZIP you write in.

    • Geo-semantic signals
    • Local entity graph
    • Service-area authority
    • Per-ZIP exclusivity

    Not page-one rankings. Category ownership.

The agencies that win the AI era will not be the loudest. They will be the most retrievable.

03 — The Sourced Numbers

Before you decide, the receipts.

Four numbers, each with its limitation printed next to it. Our industry quotes several of these badly — wrong baseline, wrong population, reversed causation — so we checked them against the primary sources and published the corrected reading.

Your customers are already doing this

45%

Almost half of US consumers have asked an AI assistant to recommend a local business at least once in the past year.

That's reach, not habit — AI was the tool people actually used last time for about 1 in 12 local searches.

BrightLocal · Local Consumer Review Survey 2026, n=1,002

And insurance is where it's happening most

1.51%

Of every industry measured, insurance websites get the highest share of visitors arriving straight from an AI assistant.

Still a small slice today — which means the territory is early, not crowded.

Previsible · 2026 State of AI Discovery, 166 GA4 properties

And it's already changing what they do next

32%

Nearly 1 in 3 people shopping for auto insurance checked an AI assistant somewhere along the way — and when they did, they were 30% more likely to switch carriers.

Auto lines only. Measures AI used somewhere during the search, not AI as the starting point.

J.D. Power · 2026 U.S. Insurance Shopping Study

But almost nobody's actually being named yet

1.2%

ChatGPT recommended a business by name only 1.2% of the time — against 11.0% for Gemini and 35.9% showing up in Google's local 3-pack.

Measured across 2,751 multi-location brands, not independents. Read it as: an AI recommendation is far scarcer than a map placement — that gap is the opening.

04 — The Territory

One agency per ZIP code. That is the entire model.

When you hold your territory it is off the market. The agency across town cannot buy it, outbid you for it, or share it. Exclusivity is not a tier on a pricing page — it is the product.

No obligation. A ZIP check is a conversation, not a contract.

05 — The First 90 Days

Slow is smooth. Smooth is permanent.

Retrieval authority is not a campaign you switch on. It is an asset you build once and then hold — which is exactly why it does not evaporate the month you stop paying an ad platform.

  2. Phase 02

    Engineer

    Weeks 3–8

Entity, citations, local authority, voice. The infrastructure of recommendation — built against your licence record, your carrier appointments, and your real service area, then verified engine by engine.

  3. Phase 03

    Defend

    Week 9 onward

Continuous monitoring with quarterly proof reports. When the answer moves, we know first. When a competing agency pushes into your ZIP, we see it in the logs before they see it in their pipeline.

06 — The Investment

Three ways to own the answer. One agency per ZIP.

Priced against a book of business, not an ad budget. Every tier is a flat monthly fee for marketing work — never a share of commission, never contingent on a policy binding. We publish no ROI arithmetic here, because an honest version of it needs your commission schedule, your producer splits, and your retention. Ask and we will build it with your numbers on the call.

Add-ons & networks

  • DeepFoundation$2,500 one-time

AI-ready website rebuild — the citation substrate every retrieval depends on. Semantic structure, schema, crawlability and speed, engineered so answer engines can read and quote you. One-time, and less than the first-year commission on four bundled households.

  • DeepProducer$399/mo

Per-producer entity engineering. Engines increasingly name a person, not a firm — “ask for Maria” beats “call the agency.” Each licensed producer gets their own resolvable entity, tied to the agency graph and to their licence record.

  • Agency networks & multi-locationCustom

Clusters, aggregators, and multi-location agencies. Territory maths across an entire footprint, with per-branch entity separation so two offices of the same brand don't cannibalise each other's retrieval. Priced to the map.

One independent insurance agency per ZIP code. Exclusivity is written into the Master Services Agreement as a territory schedule, not implied by a marketing page: while you hold a ZIP we will not sign another agency in it, and the schedule names the codes. Annual commitment locks your territory and saves two months.

What we do not sell, at any price: review generation, review gating, or review responses on your behalf. Manufactured or solicited reviews are the single highest-penalty exposure in this category under the FTC's Rule on Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), and an agency's review record has to be real for us to amplify it. We also do not guarantee AI rankings, citations, lead volume, or premium written — nobody controls a third-party model's output, and any vendor who guarantees one is selling you their compliance risk.

07 — The Standard

We recommend one agency. So it has to be worth recommending.

Territorial exclusivity cuts both ways. Putting an agency inside the answer that a family acts on is a real responsibility, so the intake is a filter, not a formality. Five things we verify before we take a ZIP off the market.

  1. 01

    Actively licensed

A producer licence in good standing with the Texas Department of Insurance, verifiable in the public registry. We check it before the first call, and the licence record becomes part of the entity layer we build.

  2. 02

    Real carrier appointments

An independent agency is only as useful to a household as the markets it can actually reach. We represent agencies that can genuinely shop a risk, not lead vendors reselling one quote.

  3. 03

A service area you actually service

Territory is per ZIP. We only claim ZIPs where you are licensed, appointed, and willing to answer the phone. Geographic signals we cannot defend are signals we will not engineer.

  4. 04

A review record that survives reading

Engines weigh what the public web says about you. We do not manufacture that record — we amplify a real one. An agency with a genuine reputation problem is a client we decline.

  5. 05

    Someone who picks up

Being the recommended answer is worthless if the recommendation lands in a voicemail box. Retrieval authority routes real households to a real desk, which is the one part of this we cannot build for you.

If an agency clears all five, its ZIP comes off the market. If it doesn’t, we say so on the first call and nobody wastes a quarter.

The close

One agency in your ZIP gets named. Make it you.

There is no second recommendation.

Straight answers

What does being invisible to AI cost an insurance agency?

A household that asks an assistant which agency to call and hears a competitor's name is not a lost quote — it is a lost book. Home, then auto, then the umbrella, then the kid's first policy, renewing every year for a decade. Those citations compound, so the gap widens every renewal cycle you wait. The question isn't what AI visibility costs. It's what invisibility is already costing you.

What exactly do I get?

The full AIR program: entity engineering, citation architecture, weekly retrieval monitoring across every major engine, voice and local optimization, and quarterly proof reports. Plus the thing nobody else sells — your ZIP, off the market.

Is this SEO with a new name?

No. SEO optimizes a page so a crawler ranks it in a list. AIR engineers an entity so a language model retrieves and names it in an answer where no list exists. Different target, different signals, different measurement. We measure by querying the engines directly and logging what they said, not by checking a keyword position.

What if my ZIP is already taken?

Then that conversation is over, and we say so immediately. We keep a waitlist and notify you if a territory ever opens. Neighboring ZIPs may still be available.

How do I know it's working?

We don't ask for faith. You see the retrieval logs: the exact questions we asked, which engine answered, and whether your agency was named — week by week, before and after. Receipts, not reports.

Do you guarantee that AI will recommend my agency?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Answer engines are probabilistic and update on their own schedule — no vendor controls their output. What we commit to is the work and the evidence: the entity and citation infrastructure gets built, and you see the measured retrieval logs either way. If they aren't moving, you'll hear it from us first.

Is DeepInsurance an insurance agency?

No. DeepInsurance is a marketing-technology service of Deep AI Solutions Inc. We are not a licensed insurance agency, producer, broker, or adjuster; we do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance, and we give no insurance advice. Our client is the licensed agency — never the policyholder.

Is there a long contract?

Territory exclusivity runs annually. Proof runs quarterly. If we can't show the answers moving, you shouldn't stay, and we'll be the first to say it.
