Deep AI Solutions Inc respects the privacy of the insurance agencies we serve and the visitors who land on deepinsurance.tech. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Whose data this is about
Our customers are licensed insurance agencies, not policyholders. We do not collect, request, or process consumer insurance applications, policy data, claims data, protected health information, or any personal data submitted for the purpose of obtaining insurance. If you are a consumer looking for coverage, this is the wrong site — contact a licensed agent.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Territory check / claim form data. When you submit the ZIP territory check, we collect your ZIP code, agency name, your name, and your contact information.
- AI visibility scan input. The free scan takes an agency name and a city. Both are business identifiers, not personal data, and neither is stored server-side — the scan is stateless and its result is returned to your browser only.
- Account and billing data. If you subscribe, we collect your business details and, through our payment processor, the billing information needed to take payment (we do not store full card numbers ourselves — see Section 4).
- Correspondence. Email or other communications you send us while evaluating or using our Services.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs request metadata including IP address, user agent, timestamp, and URL path, retained on a rolling 60-day window for security and operational purposes.
- Rate limiting. The scan and audit endpoints keep a short-lived, in-memory count of requests per IP address to prevent abuse. These counters expire within minutes and are never written to disk.
- Cookies. The Site uses only essential cookies required for navigation and security. We run no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
- To deliver the Services you request, including territory checks, AI visibility audits, and reports.
- To process payment and manage your subscription, including your Geographic Exclusivity Zone.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To send transactional email about your territory check, subscription, or account.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the Site and Services. Each is contractually bound to handle data only as instructed and consistent with this policy.
| Provider | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting and edge delivery | Request metadata, response payloads |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery | Territory-check submissions, recipient email, message body |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Billing name, payment method, transaction data (PCI-DSS certified; we do not receive or store full card numbers) |
| Bluevine | Banking and payment settlement | Transaction and payout data on our merchant account |
| OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity | Answer-engine queries run by the AI visibility scan | The agency name and city you enter, embedded in a public buyer-intent question. No account, billing, or personal data is ever sent to a model provider. |
Section 8 of our Terms of Service describes how we handle AI-generated outputs.
5. Data retention
Territory-check and lead data are retained for the life of your engagement and for up to twelve months after termination, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are retained for sixty days. Free-scan inputs and results are not retained at all.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@deepaisolutions.com.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@deepaisolutions.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. See deepaisolutions.com/do-not-sell for details.
9. Texas residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act)
Deep AI Solutions is headquartered in Texas and DeepInsurance serves Texas insurance agencies. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents may confirm whether we process their personal data, access and correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of legally significant decisions. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. Exercise these rights by emailing hello@deepaisolutions.com.
